A beautiful start that taught us healing begins at home.


On 12th March 2026, our capacity building program began with a powerful session on stress within the family. It was an eye-opening experience that helped us realize how deeply family relationships influence our mental well-being.
The session started with a clear explanation of what stress is, followed by a discussion on its common causes in family life misunderstandings, financial struggles, lack of communication, and emotional distance. What made the session truly special was how relatable everything felt.
To make the session more engaging, the group conducted fun stress-relief games. These activities not only made us laugh and relax but also showed us how simple techniques can help reduce stress in our daily lives.
The group also shared meaningful solutions like open communication, mutual respect, and emotional support. It reminded us that a peaceful home environment plays a key role in leading a balanced life.
