The Hidden Weight of Professional Stress


On 13th March 2026, the second group presented a thought-provoking session on stress from professional life. This session made us understand how work pressure doesn’t just affect individuals, but also the people around them.
The presentation began with a powerful video, which clearly showed how professional stress impacts relationships and emotional health. It was both touching and realistic, making us reflect deeply.
The group then explained the major causes of professional stress such as workload, deadlines, job insecurity, and lack of satisfaction. Along with this, they suggested practical solutions like time management and maintaining a work-life balance.
One of the highlights of the session was the yoga practice, which helped us feel calm and refreshed. This was followed by an interactive game, making the session lively and enjoyable.
